What are the delivery charges?

Ordinary Delivery (2-3 working days) is free for orders above S$60, otherwise charged at S$7 flat fee.

Express Delivery (within 24 hours) is free for orders above S$120

Priority Same Day Delivery (Mon-Sat only, 6pm cut-off time for placing order) is charged at S$13 flat fee for all orders.

Please note that orders for same day delivery placed on Sunday or Public Holiday will only be delivered on a best efforts basis. If we are unable to find a courier partner, the parcel will be delivered on the following working day.

What if I miss my delivery?

You may arrange re-delivery of your parcel free of charge. If a failed delivery occurs a second time, there will be a S$10 charge for each subsequent attempt.

How will my items be packaged?

At Maison Mika, we are proud of our business and our image, though we understand that some of our customers may prefer discretion. We use fully sealed poly mailer bag packaging for delivery.

I want to have my order delivered to an address different from my billing address, is that possible?

Yes, you are able to have the products shipped to another destination that is other than your billing address, for example a hotel room, or as a gift to someone special. However, we do request a contact name and phone number with detailed description or information in order to ensure that we minimise the risk of delays in delivering your parcel.

I want to collect my items in person, is that possible?

Maison Mika is able to offer competitive product prices because we operate as a full online store experience, as such we are not able to offer a physical presence for you to collect your items. We do hope that some time in the not too distant future, this might change though! Watch this space.

Can you ship to other countries?

We do not currently ship to other countries. If you wish to have international delivery, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist. Please note international deliveries may be subject to import taxes, duties, and restrictions.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
