I changed my mind about my purchases, can I return them?

We strive to offer you a smooth and seamless shopping experience. We offer refunds in the form of store credit for sealed, unused products, where packaging and/or tags remain fully intact and undamaged (additional conditions apply for lingerie, please see special exclusions relating to lingerie in the section below). Products should be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.  The store credit will be deducted for a return delivery fee of SGD10 (or its SGD equivalent) for each pick up made with respect to a returned item.

Due to the nature of the items, we cannot accept returns for any item which has been opened or tampered with. In addition, there are certain items, which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned; please see below for further information.

What if I receive a defective product?

We are sorry if you encounter a defective product, we hope to rectify that as swiftly as possible. Items are deemed defective if they were damaged upon receipt, or where due to a manufacturing fault, an item falls defective within 3 months. Please follow the process returns below and we will replace the items for you without any charge. Where items are no longer stocked, we will offer the next closest item as replacement if possible.

Please note that where items are damaged due to misuse, general wear and tear, or operator error, they will not be deemed defective under our company policy.

Please follow the care instructions on your products as items will not be covered where damage is due to improper care.

Does my product carry warranty, and if so, how do I utilise it?

Many of our products carry manufacturer's warranty; to check whether a product comes with warranty and the warranty period, please look in the individual product description sections. Products will be repaired or replaced if they fall within the conditions of the warranty. Please follow the process for returns if you wish to utilise the warranty. Be sure to retain receipt as proof of purchase in case of claims under the warranty.

Where the manufacturer provides an option to register a product directly with them, we encourage you to do so as this will speed up the claims process and offer you a wider set of options in terms of rectifying manufacturer issues.

What is the process for returns?

If you wish to return an item, we please send us an email at service@maisonmika.com, stating (a) your name (b) contact phone number (c) invoice number (d) product to be returned; and (e) reason why you wish to return. We will endeavour to respond within 1-2 working days.

What items have special exclusions with respect to returns and exchanges?

Lingerie

For hygiene reasons, briefs and items that encompass the crotch area (e.g. bodysuits) are not eligible for returns (we want to maintain the integrity of our stock, after all, no-one wants items previously tried on by another customer and we are only a small boutique so cannot afford to absorb high costs of returns). We cannot accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is soiled.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items on sale are also excluded from other promotions, offers, and discounts.

Private Parties and Hen Parties Private Parties and Hen Parties are subject to the availability of the Maison Mika Consultant. If a mutually convenient time cannot be found, then you will be fully refunded for the event.
